Dr. Genao-Cruz was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in South Florida. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry at ST. Thomas University. He then attended medical school at Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico. He continued his education by pursuing a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Community Health at New York Medical College. While his interests lie in Pediatric Cardiology, congenital diseases, and disease prevention, he remains open to other possibilities. Dr. Genao-Cruz enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and working out. He is an enthusiastic follower of Baseball.
