About Dr. Whyte:

Dr. Whyte is a proud native of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, from the University of South Florida with a Master of Science in Medical Sciences, and from La Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina (The Latin American School of Medicine) in Havana Cuba where she obtained her medical degree. She is fluent in both conversational and medical Spanish, and her interests include lifestyle medicine and community medicine. Dr. Whyte is family-oriented, and enjoys event planning, cooking plant-based meals, and recreational basketball. She is overjoyed that her perseverance towards her childhood dream has come to fruition, as she is now the 1st medical doctor of her family.
