About Dr. Ahmed:  

Dr. Ahmed was raised in South Florida before attending Wake Forest University in North Carolina to complete his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Little thereafter, he pursued his Masters in Medical Physiology as well as his MBA in Healthcare Management at Case Western Reserve University in Affiliation with Cleveland Clinic, Ohio. Ultimately, he obtained his MD degree from AUC School of Medicine. Dr. Ahmed’s hobbies include spending time with his family, travelling, paddle tennis, and golf.  

Why I chose Broward Health (BHMC) Internal Medicine:  

I chose the Broward Health Internal Medicine residency program because it provides me the opportunity to learn and train at a program with a diverse population subset which allows for an incredible training experience due to the unique pathology seen on a day-to-day basis.
