Dr. Egusquiza was born and raised in the Miami area. He was first inspired to pursue pediatrics after working in a nutrition summer program for underserved children in North Miami. One of the things that drew him to Broward Health and Salah Foundation Children’s Hospital is the variety of pathologies and patient diversity. Outside of medicine some of his hobbies include biking, going to the beach, and drinking coffee.
