About Dr. Khalepari:
Dr. Khalepari was born and raised in mountainous Boulder, Colorado. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She then went on to complete her medical education at Rocky Vista University in Parker, Colorado. Her hobbies include spending time with her growing family, cooking Central Asian cuisine, thrift shopping, and scrapbooking.

Why I chose Broward Health Emergency Medicine:
I chose Broward Health Emergency Medicine because of the unique and diverse patient population as well as the opportunity to work with doctors who are humble and knowledgeable people both inside and outside of the work environment. I appreciate the high level of acuity and differences in pathology I am exposed to with a hospital being so close to the coast, catching cruise ship emergencies and aiding refugees.
