Personal Statement Or Description:
Dr. Witt was born in St. Louis, Missouri but raised in Wilmington, Delaware. She attended The University of Alabama where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. She then worked as a clinical research coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia prior to attending medical school at American University of Antigua College of Medicine and completing her clinical rotations in Miami, FL. Dr. Witt fell in love with Florida and is excited to continue her medical training in Pediatrics here at Broward Health Medical Center serving a very diverse population. She is interested in possibly pursuing a fellowship in Adolescent Medicine or Pediatric Hematology Oncology, or practice general pediatrics, however she remains open. Outside of medicine, Dr. Witt enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family, playing beach volleyball, cooking, and weight lifting.

Dr. Witt chose Broward Health due to its diverse patient population, being close to a major international airport and a cruise ship port. Additionally, the faculty that practices and teaches at BH is just as diverse.
