Dr. Godreau is from Puerto Rico and was raised in South Florida. He graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. Dr. Godreau obtained his MD degree from Universidad Central del Caribe in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He then went on to complete a Transitional Year Residency Program in Ponce, Puerto Rico. When Dr. Godreau is not working his hobbies include cooking, CrossFit, boating, going to the beach as well as spending time with family and friends in Miami.
Why I chose Broward Health Pediatrics:
He chose the Broward Health- Salah Foundation Children’s Hospital Pediatric Residency program due to the proximity to his hometown. After being away from South Florida for 8 years he wanted to be close to family and friends. Having studied medicine in Puerto Rico, he wanted to be part of a program that had a large Hispanic population.
