Dr. Salib’s favorite thing about south Florida is that there is so much to experience like beaches, shopping, and great food! Most of all she loves that there is this culture of excitement towards exploration and enjoying life! She is so excited about training somewhere that allows her to see such a wide variety of pathology and being able to treat diverse populations. She loves how involved this program allows her to go beyond the level of clinical experience such as with research, advocacy, and serving the community. She enjoys painting, music, traveling, and most importantly, spending time with loved ones! After Residency, she is considering going into hospitalist medicine, but she is keeping an open heart and open mind in case another subspecialty changes her path.

She loves that everyone here is so passionate and happy about taking care of kids. Right at the start of interviewing for the program, she felt something so unique about the wonderful residents here and wanted to be a part of it.
