About Dr. Salimi:

Dr. Salimi was born and raised in Maryland. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.S. in Human Biology. Dr. Salimi went on to work for several companies involved in genomics as a research associate and received her M.S. in Biotechnology from the Johns Hopkins University. She obtained her D.O. degree from Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is passionate about preventive medicine. Dr. Salimi’s hobbies include traveling, cycling, and spending time with family and friends.
