Thank you for your interest in setting up a rotation with our pediatric program. Requests/applications for rotations are now being accepted. In order for you to apply for a rotation, the Program Director has requested the following information:

• Comlex Transcript (Score sheet is acceptable) Please note that the minimum Comlex 1 score is 480. For USMLE the minimum score 200.
• CV
• Unofficial School Transcript
• Top Pediatric specialty preference in case we do not have any In-patient rotations available. We currently offer: NICU, PICU, HemeOnc.
• Top 3 dates you wish to rotate.

Please send the above documents to pedsredidency@browardhealth.org. After the PD reviews your information and if you have been approved for a rotation, you will receive further instructions with a checklist of the additional paperwork we will need from you prior to rotating with us.
