Dr. Aniol is from the suburbs of Chicago. She attended the University of Miami for her undergraduate studies and majored in Microbiology & Immunology. She then attended Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Colorado for medical school. Claudia has always enjoyed working with children. From volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, to being a camp counselor at Roundup River Ranch, she knew she wanted to become a Pediatrician. She enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and trying novel cuisine. Claudia is fluent in Polish and is working on become more proficient in Spanish since starting residency. Claudia was grateful to match at Broward because of the close-knit feel of the program. The residents are truly like a family. The attendings are supportive and always willing to teach the residents. Also, there’s nothing better than spending your free time on the beach during residency. After residency, she hopes to pursue a fellowship in Nephrology.
