Dr. Turowski grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She is a first generation Polish-American and as a result enjoys working with patients with diverse backgrounds. For her undergraduate training, Dr. Turowski stayed close to home and studied at Northwestern University. After Northwestern, Dr. Turowski aimed to combine her passion for medicine and business and worked for an electronic medical records company, Epic. Dr Turowski went onto the University of Illinois medical school where she was able to tailor her studies to her unique interests with a joint MD/MBA degree with a certificate in innovation in medicine (IMED). After completing her masters, Dr. Turowski completed a rigorous internal medicine intern year at the University of Virginia prior to continuing her dermatology residency at Broward Health Medical Center. Dr Turowski is thrilled to continue her training in a field of medicine that embraces cutting-edge technology, creative solutions, and clinical excellence. Aside from dermatology, Dr Turowski enjoys staying active with pilates and skiing as well as spending time with her family and fiancé.
