About Dr. Bedoya: Dr. Bedoya grew up in Boynton Beach, Florida where she worked from a very young age in her family’s floristry. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences at the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College at Florida Atlantic University. During that time, she completed a year of research for her Honor’s Thesis before graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then transitioned to Ross University School of Medicine where she graduated with Highest Honors and a goal to return to South Florida and train to be a family physician. Her primary area of interest is preventive medicine. When Dr. Bedoya is not working, she is with her miniature dachshund or at the beach.
